Located in Crissier near the banks of Lake Geneva, Restaurant de l’Hotel de Ville is an enchanting eatery with an illustrious culinary history. It was awarded three Michelin stars under Fredy Girardet, Philippe Rochat and then Benoit Violier and is now in the hands of the very talented Franck Giovannini who heads up an impressive team of 25 chefs. As Benoit’s right-hand man for many years, Giovannini knows what customers expect working like an architect to develop mind-blowing taste sensations. With original recipes, silky smooth service and a comfortable spacious environment, the Restaurant de l’Hotel de Ville is a winner with tourists and locals alike.
