Located in Crissier near the banks of Lake Geneva, Restaurant de l’Hotel de Ville is an enchanting eatery with an illustrious culinary history. It was awarded three Michelin stars under Fredy Girardet, Philippe Rochat and then Benoit Violier and is now in the hands of the very talented Franck Giovannini who heads up an impressive team of 25 chefs.
